Since 2012, Justin has served as a trusted owner's representative and project manager for a private family, working across large residences, ranch properties in multiple states, custom boat builds, waterfront infrastructure, rural construction, and day-to-day asset operations. His role is not limited to one trade or phase: he moves between planning, scope, vendor selection, budgets, schedules, field decisions, commissioning, maintenance, and long-term readiness.
